Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.426 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 333, 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Hasanpur, District- Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no date and time of offence mentioned in the FIR.
