The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pappu Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 429 of 2024, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Phase-II, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, pendency of trial. Apart from three cases shown in the gang chart the applicant has criminal history of 19 more cases and in 12 cases he is on bail and in remaining cases he has either been acquitted or exonerated. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. Even otherwise
