The present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, Tahaiur Ali @ Tahauar Ali with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0077 of 2024, under Sections 8/21, 27A, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Shahganj, District- Sonbhadra . 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 250 gm. of Heroin and Rs. 600/- cash is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
