There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in making fabricated death and birth certificate. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was not named in the First Information Report.He has been named by the co-accused, Sonelal Kumar. Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.The applicant is in jail since 16.9.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
