Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication of the applicant. The medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case at all. He is in jail since 17.08.2024 and he has no previous criminal history. Sri S. K. S. Parmar, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the bail application of the applicant and has submitted that applicant is married man and the victim is minor girl.
