The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.284of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 109, 3(5), 352 B.N.S. and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Saraikhwaja, District Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
