By means of this application, the applicant, Sani, who is involved in Case Crime No.903 of 2017, under Section 60/72 Excise Act and Section 420 I.P.C., Police Station-Shikohabad, District Firozabad and is in jail since 20.11.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Dharmendra Kumar and Jitendra Kumar, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 17.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 44819 of 2017.
