Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ajay Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC and Section 66-D Information Technology Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District Agra during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Devesh Dhakre has been granted bail by this Court today in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.43720 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
