Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of causing injuries to her daughter- in-law after entering in her parental house along with her husband and son. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim was residing at her parental home on the date of incident and it is not possible that applicant caused injuries to her daughter-in-law at her home. Applicant is in jail since 31.08.2024. Sri A. K. Misra, learned counsel for the informant, has pointed out to 13 injuries suffered by the victim and has submitted that applicant was one of the person who caused the aforesaid injuries along with two others.
