The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sumitpal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.14 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Hathras during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. Only because he was seen near the place of incident, he has been falsely implicated in the present matter. No other role has been assigned to him. Applicant has no previous criminal history and is in jail since 27.10.2024. He undertakes that he will not misuse liberty, if granted.
