Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0214 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506, 328, 384 I.P.C. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Beta-2, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Both the victims are stated to be 15 years and 16 years old respectively as per ossification test report, as such, both are of about the age of majority. Learned counsel has further stated that the victims are consenting party as they have gone with the applicant and co-accused
