Heard Sri Fakhruzzaman, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Om Prakash, learned counsel for the informant and Sri V.K.S Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 50 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)v of SC/ST Act, Police Station Erach, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about 2 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is next stated that the victim seems to be a consenting party as is but evident from the circumstances.
