The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sudhir Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.182 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 66-D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant and other co- accused of committing offence of online fraud. The money has been transferred in the account of applicant by means of proxy server. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it was transferred without his consent and even otherwise, applicant is in jail since 21.08.2024 and has no previous criminal history.
