The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satyanarayan Alias Munna with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 236 of 1999 under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Rampur Karkhana District- Deoria, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in six cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
