Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.355 of 2024, under Sections 328, 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Anupshahr, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no recovery of any video whatsoever. The victim is major aged between 17-18 years as per ossification test report and a leverage of two years may be grant
