The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Umesh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.630 of 2024, under Section 74 of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act and 3(2) (Va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Hapur Nagar, District Hapur during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of misbehaving inappropriately with the daughter of the informant while she was going to school.
