The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Mohit, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 509/2024, U/s 137(2), 96 of B.N.S. and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, P.S. Pilkhuwa, District Hapur during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the main role of commission of the offence of rape has been levelleved against the co-accused Gaurav by the victim in her statement recorded before the Magistrate. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 21.10.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely
