Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.320 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)(m), 351(3) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bakhira, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 27 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the fact that the CDRs reveal that she had regular conversation with the applicant even after the inciden
