The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Istiyaq Alias Pathan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.187 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Naseerpur, District- Firozabad pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of 14 more cases. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. He is languishing in jail since 13.10.2024 and in case he is enlarged
