Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 486 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 64(2)(N) of BNS and Section 5(L)/6, 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Subhasnagar, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no allegation of rape against the applicant in the statement of the victim recorded under section 183 BNSS.
