Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 589 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 64(1), 351(2), 123 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim on the promise of getting her a job and had established corporeal relationship with her by taking her all the way to Haridwar. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
