The present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, Pramod Kumar Das, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Gopiganj, District- Bhadohi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that about 300 Kg. Ganja in 18 gunny bags is alleged to be recovered from the vehicle driven by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is an admitted case of the prosecution that recovery has been shown from the vehicle, which was driven by the applicant.
