By means of this application, the applicant, Farman, who is involved in Case Crime No. 430 of 2024, under section 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act IPC, P.S.- Najibabad, District - Bijnor and is in jail since 16.08.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Naseem and Shakeel, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 38201 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused persons, Naseem and Shakeel, who have already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and
