The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mithun Paswan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 561 of 2018, under Section- 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Khorabar, District - Gorakhpur. It appears that applicant was enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 23.8.2018 with certain conditions.Thereafter he got involved in other cases, against the express conditions.
