Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.324 of 2024 (Session Trial No.1230 of 2024), under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kant, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 5.
