By means of this application, the applicant, Babu Alias Gaiyawala, who is involved in Case Crime No. 133 of 2024, under Section 8/20/22/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.Sungarhi, District -Pilibhit and is in jail since 24.04.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Seema Pandey @ Bhabhi, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 30.9.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 31704 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Seema Pandey @ Bhabhi, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on
