Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.618 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about seven days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
