Heard Sri Bed Prakash Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Compliance affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 11.02.2025. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.618 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
