The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Goldi Singh, seeking bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2024, under Sections 8/22/60 NDPS Act, Police Station- Naugarh, District- Chandauli. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant and one co-accused. From joint possession, 61.330 kg ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the dicky of the recovered vehicle. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
