The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Ram Narayan and Havaldar, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.187 of 2024 , under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act and section 11 of Cruelty of Animals(Protection) Act, , Police Station- Chakiya, District- Chandauli , during pendency of trial. The allegation against the applicants is that 21 bovine animals recovered from them, who were on foot. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.There is no transportation of the aforesaid animals.
