Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 205 of 2023, under Sections 376-D, 120-B I.P.C. and 5G/6, 17 POCSO Act, Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
