Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 210 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) of BNS and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Konch, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is further stated that the victim has denied the prosecution story completely in her statement recorded under section 183 BNSS.
