Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Ravat, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Satendra Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 210 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) of BNS and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Konch, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
