Counsel for the applicant submits that although the implication of the applicant has been made for committing the offence of attempt to murder but the role of causing fire arm injury has been assigned to co-accused, Sandeep, assigned by the injured. The applicant alleges false implication in this case. He in jail since 13.08.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
