Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sabir Husain with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.340 of 2024, under Section 75(2) of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Ankur Vihar, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Both the parties are neighbours and there is petty dispute between them, which is cause of false implication of the applicant.
