Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 30.1.2025. 4. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 650 of 2024, under Sections 64, 61(2), 351(3) B.N.S. read with 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Qurshi, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about nine days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is the consenting party, as there is no recovery of any video or photograph of the victim, as such, the allegations stand falsified
