The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 341 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 302, 120-B and 34 IPC, Police Station- Harduaganj, District- Aligarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that nobody was named in the FIR and during investigation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter with the aid of Section 120-B IPC but even there is no cogent evidence of conspiracy against the applicant. 4. He further submitted that actually applicant was detained in jail in connection to some other case since the year 2015 and while he was in jail in that case, he has been made accused in the present matter in the year 2018 and in the present matter, he is in jail sin
