Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.108 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Dadon, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she had remained with the applicant in a room and had travelled with him all the way to Jhansi, Hyderabad etc. and has not raised any alarm whatsoever.
