Heard Shri Kartikey Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Shri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.285 of 2022, under Sections 354, 376-D, 506 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Vrindavan, District- Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Luxmikant has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 1.2.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44701 of 2022. The applicant is languishing in jail since 9.10.2024. The criminal antecedent of the applicant has been explained. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identi
