By means of this application, the applicant, Surendra, who is involved in Case Crime No. 678 of 2024, under Sections 109, 126(2), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms ACt, Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh and is in jail since 07.10.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Akash, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35032 of 2024.
