The applicant has been implicated in this case on the allegation of committing the offence of online fraud. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. He has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and has assigned him the role of conspiracy. No incriminating recovery was made from him.
