Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.97 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Sikheda, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night of 25.09.2024 when she was sleeping alongwith her two daughtes and had committed rape with her by gagging her mouth. The victim is stated to have raised alarm, as such, the applicant had hit her with fist thereby rendering her unconscious. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
