Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant and counter affidavit filed by the learned A.G.A. today is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Dinesh Kumar Bhaskar, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 450 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(2), 352 of BNS, and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act Police Station NOIDA Sector 24, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about ten days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
