The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nasir, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 543 of 2023, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti- Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Saharanpur, pendency of trial. Apart from seven cases in the gang chart the applicant has criminal history of 15 cases to his credit. In three cases the applicant has been acquitted and in other cases he is on bail. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. The applicant is languishing in jail since 03.07.2024.
