The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashish Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of B.N.S., and Section 66C, 66D of Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Fatehgarh, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegation against the applicant that incriminating recovery was made from him by the police. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged recovery was not related to any case. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant has no criminal history.
