The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gopal Varshney with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.914 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Qwarsi, District-Aligarh during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he was working in the Finance Company and got investments made in the company and later the company was not found to be registered. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was only an employee of the company and he joined the services on 03.10.2024 and a raid was made in the company on 15.10.2024 and he was found to be involved in alleged offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case.
