The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajkumar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 137 of 2024, under Sections- 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Kalinjer, District- Banda, pendency of trial. There is allegation of recovery of 65 kg. Ganja in four plastics bags from the possession of applicant.There is no clear recital regarding sampling of allegedly recovered Ganja. No sample was drawan at the time of recovery of Ganja. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 65 kg.
