The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.160 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC, Section 5/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station Bhudkuda, District Ghazipur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. The trial of the instant case is at its conclusive end as already the witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.
