The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anubhav Mittal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 454 of 2017, registered under Sections 420 I.P.C. & 66(d) I.T. Act, Police Station- Civil Line, District- Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Ayushi Agrawal, has been granted bail by this Court on 06.09.2022 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.23464/2022. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused. The applicant has criminal history of 229 cases of similar nature. He is languishing in jail since 07.09.2019. Learned AGA has opposed
