The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Chhotu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 165 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Badgaon, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two criminal cases being Case Crime No. 61 of 2024, under Sections 457, 380, 427, 411 IPC and Case Crime No. 71 of 2024, under Sections 379 & 411 IPC and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Badgaon, District Saharanpur, in which appl
