Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 140 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Aikauna, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as she had remained with the applicant for about two months. By her looks, she seems to be major, although she is 16 years old as per the medical report. 5.
