The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nasir, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 381 of 2023, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kithore, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of seven more cases explained in bail application and supplementary affidavit.
